Please
2019/36-40 dt. 14.08.2020 regarding adsessment report of trees along road side between
Koachao and Tipa along with estimates for demarcation pillar and signages on road along NH-54
road. In this connection, it is requested to take necessary action for compliance of In-principle
approval from your end as under :-

0 As stipulated in the In-principle approval at SL No. 9&27, the boundary of the

diverted forest land has to be demarcated in ground at the project cost. Hence, for compliance of
this stipulation, NHIDCL has to pay Rs. L,04,000/- for demarcation and construction of pillars as
per the estimate enclosed,

i0 in the ln-principle approval at SI. No. 1-5, speed regulating signages has

to be erected along the road at regular intervals in the Protected / Forest areas. In this connection,
NHIDCL has to pay the estimated amount of Rs. 82,550/- to the State Forest Department for
compliance of this stipulation.

iii) As stipulate in the In-principle approval at Sl. No. 1"L, the expenditure like boundary
walls, stone pillars and demarcation charges, cost of damage of trees, the fund on these accounts
should be deposited with DFO concerned. Hence, qs per the estimate enclosed prepared by DCCF
(MADC) calculated as per the assessment report. NHIDCL has to pay Rs. 40,72,200/- in compliance
to this stipulations of the In-principle approvaL
 Rs. 42,58,750/- may be deposited to CAMPA
iv) All the above funds amounting to
account of DCCF (MADC) Account No. 20441-04000002349, IDBI Bank Siaha, IFSC- 18KL0002044
for implementation.
