HIC quality indicators of last four months

were discussed:-

CLABSI:-
 A surge in blood culture
contamination is observed hence, ICN Ongoing
training to be imparted on regular
basis on blood culture sampling and
skin disinfection.
Quality indicators SSI:-
2.  Data validation to be done for SSI
of last quarter. denominator as the total number of
surgeries does not match with that ICN & Quality 15/07/2021
of OT data for total surgeries.
 Surgery classification (class of
surgery) to be made a part of the ICN Ongoing
HIC presentation.

NSI:- Raw data of NSI incidences to be

available during the HIC committee

4. Vaccination After taking 1st dose of Hepatitis B

reminders Hence, the forum decided to
escalate the list of non-compliant staff to the
medical administration and NS so that their
salary is put on hold.
