Parivartan Club is the social responsibility club of IIM Kashipur working in the realms of
improving health, environment, and education in our society by making the best use of our
managerial skills and expertise. We always believe in conducting events and competitions that
raise awareness on multiple occasions among the students as well as the bigger society and
inculcate the feeling of Sharing is Giving. To know more about us & various activities and

TASK

Imagine your group as a part of the Parivartan Club. The task at hand is to PLAN AN ONLINE
EVENT that you wish to conduct in the AY 2021-22. The online event would be conducted on
Zoom or any other Online Platform.

Some Clues to help you design one of its kind of events:

● The focus should be on helping society in an impactful manner. Ex: Running a Donation
drive to assist people affected by natural calamity.
● You can research the recent developments done by the government in the
education/environment/health sector and help the society in taking due benefits for the
same.
 ● Do not suggest an awareness campaign as it is not impactful unless conducted in
person.
● The activities planned should not cost more than Rs. 4000 in any way. This includes all
the types of expenses incurred while conducting the event.
● Try to make the event Pan India so that multiple people across the country can be helped.
● Plans or Ideas pitched should be feasible enough for a student community to implement
in the online medium

That is all from our side. Get your creative hats on!. We expect your team to submit a
presentation having a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 9 slides excluding the First and last
slide. The presentation should mandatorily include the following details:

1. Event Description: Purpose of the Event, why you want to conduct this Event, Benefit to
the society if your event is conducted.
2. Timeline: Number of days required to conduct the event
3. Financials: Budget allocation to different sub-activities planned under the event.
4. Strategy to promote the event: Ideas about an efficient way to promote the events on
our social media handles to have maximum engagement from the stakeholders.
5. Stakeholders: Type of audience that we are expecting to participate in the online event.

The performance of the group will be evaluated on the following parameters on equal weightage:

1. Ease of implementation
2. Feasibility
3. Efficient utilization of resources
4. Impact on society
5. Uniqueness (Make sure you visit our social handles to ensure its uniqueness)
