After winning as Isabela’s Third outstanding organization in the Province, CYE Was hailed as this year’s
Outstanding Student Organization of the ISU System and this year’s Best Campus Student Organization. The
awarding was held last June 10, 2019 at ISU main campus and June 19, 2019 at Ilagan Campus during its annual
recognition day.
