My Philosophy of Education

I believe that the education is one of the most important things in a child’s life. Is one

of the bases of the child’s future. I believe that a good education can dramatically

influence the life of a child. That is why I believe that every child should receive the

best education and schools should be responsible to offer a good education. Some kids

don't have a great education at home so school can change the way that this kid is

being educated.

I think that teachers are second mothers for children and that every teacher must

create a bond with each child in the classroom. Every teacher should make sure that

the child is being well educated. Teachers must work with parents to develop a great

education. The theorist that I most emulate is Monterossi. I mostly follow her theory

and her principles key’s points are Independence, Observation, Following the Child,

Correcting the Child, Prepared Environment and Absorbent Mind. In my classroom

you will see me interacting with my group. Sharing ideas with my kids. Doing great

activities daily. Showing my guys new skills and working towards their skills

everyday. Delivering instruction in my classroom will be clear. Making sure that my

kids understand and follow my instructions. Rewarding at the end of the week for

those who follow my instruction so it can motivate the others to do the same. I will

assess every child in my classroom making sure that they are at the same peace of the

group. Watching them at playtime and how their work on the lesson learned.
 The student role is just to absorb and learn. Explore the world, play with

friends. While they grow up they will start understanding and learning about the

world and its new things. Learn education and how to get educated. As I said before, I

mostly follow Monterossi teaching methods for children. How they child is learning it

depends on the attention that they put in things however the teacher should stress and

incur them to learn.

I think the teacher role never ends. We as a teacher try to encourage our

community how to be better and how to make things better. Making sure that our kids

in our community are well educated, that children around us don’t need anything and

that they are well taken care of. That every kid has a safe and great environment to

live in.
