4litres Water
1/2kg Salt upon your taste

(I like how this recipe combines the flavors of the potates and the sauce. Our metabolism and digestive system works better when the
nutrients are well mixed and, in this case, since the sauce has a high level of vitamin c, the carbohidrates from potatos are easily absorbed
by our system. Also it gives you the chance to make it as spicy as you or your guests desire. And the name of the recipe revindicates the
original name of the potato, “papa”, giving you way to explain that it was changed in Europe as that same name was the suprem title of the
Vatican.

Clean the potatos but don’t peal them.
Boil the water and add the salt in case you want
salty potatos

1- Once the water is boiling add the potatos and for 40min or 15 if you
use the express.

2- Remove all the seeds from the red peppers. Cut them in six pieces and
add the rest of the ingredients to the pymer recipient. Run it till you get
an homogeneous texture.
