 2. In Indonesia, the teachers were adopted as a symbol of the Ministry of Education and
Culture. As a teacher at your respective school, reflect and explain how did you apply the
concept of Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madya Mangun Karso, and Tut Wuri Handayani.
This proverb shows how a good leader should act. As a teacher, I always keep in
mind that there should always be an art of balance in life, work, and relationships. This
concept is relevant in this time of pandemic. As an educator, I try to be able to stand in
front to inspire my learners and show and guide them to the right path. In my working
environment, I am a part of the team to create a positive learning environment, willing to
collaborate, and develop and engage with my co-teachers. In most cases, I stand behind to
support, motivate, take care of the learners, and acknowledge their achievements.
Mindfulness to balance oneself is a key to help our learners to achieve their full potential
now.
