- I don’t have an experience working in an
industry like this. However, I believe I am
capable of landing the job as I have the
qualities a customer service associate

ability to cope up with changes.
3. How much would be your expected salary?
- Newbie that I am, becoming part of this
company is all that matters to me. As per
my expected compensation, as long as it is
within the minimum wage, I am
comfortable with that already.

- I was looking for job opportunities online
when I came across your website. I asked
my friend, Ms. Jiezl Mendoza who is also an
employee in your company, said that
working in VXI is great. That’s when I

and working on Holidays and weekends?
- Yes. I am comfortable working at night. I
can also work during holidays and
weekends.
8. Are you okay with rendering overtime and
having split offs?
- Before I apply here, I’ve first done a little
research. If you’re working in an industry
like this, you have to be flexible. And so,
overtime and having split work offs.
9. Are you willing to work on site?
- Yes, I am very much willing to work on site.
10. Can you start during or after MECQ?
- I can start either during MECQ or after
MECQ. Either of the two will work for me as
what matters most to me is I get to land this
job and work with you.

- I’ve never been diagnosed for any medical
condition and is physically and mentally fit
to work.

- I am currently unemployed that’s why I am
now seeking job opportunities in this
company of yours. If given the chance to be
hired, I can start the soonest possible time.

- I don’t have any pending applications in any
other companies as VXI is the only company
I wish to be part of.

attainment?
- I’m an undergraduate in Bachelor of Science
major in medical laboratory science in Iligan
Medical Center College.
15. Were you able to take your board exam?
- Unfortunately, no. I haven’t graduated in
my undergraduate studies either. I’m also
not seeing myself pursuing it right at this
time. I prefer working first.
16. Do you have your Diploma or Transcript of
Record?
- No. I don’t have my diploma nor transcript
of records.
17. Do you have an NBI clearance ready?
- I haven’t processed my NBI Clearance as
this is my first time applying for a job.
However, I can submit an online application
to get one as soon as possible.
18. Do you have your SSS or TIN ID ready?
- Since this is my first time applying for a job,
I don’t have SSS and TIN ID, just a TIN
number. However, I will get one right after
this job interview of mine.

experience/s.
- I don’t have previous work experience as
this is my first time applying for a job.
However, I’ve done community and public
health symposiums during our undergrad
training. I was the one giving lectures and
raising awareness in line with medical
health like HIV awareness, Malaria, Ebola,
Amoeba, etc.
20. What will be your reasons for you to leave
the company?
- As of the moment, my main goal is to be
part of this growing company of yours. I am
not seeing any reason to leave your
company.
21. Do you have plans to go on vacation in the
next 6 months? Work abroad?
- I don’t have plans going on a vacation in the
next six months especially with this
situation were in, nor working broad. I
prefer working here in the Philippines.

- Yes. But before that, I’d like to take this

24. Where are you currently residing?
- I’m currently residing in Maa, Davao City.
That is thirty minutes to an hour ride from
VXI. It may be a little far from where I am
located but I am willing to commute early in
order for me to make sure that I’ll never be
late when reporting to work.

- Hi Mr./Ms. ______! My name is Ruanne Uy
Gandeza, 22 years old, currently residing
here in Maa, Davao City. I took up Bachelors
of Science Major in Medical Laboratory
Science, I’m a deans lister, I am the SSG
Secretary for 2 consecutive years. I am fond
of helping people that’s why I am a Red
Cross Volunteer. I was also a responder
during the Marawi Siege where I got to
work in the Post Trauma Art Workshop for
Children. I help children cope up with their
trauma with the help of singing, dancing,
art and storytelling. My passion for helping
people fostered when I was once the Chief
Girl Scout here in the Philippines, I hosted
various charities for 6 consecutive months
like feeding programs, free dental and
medical check-ups, barangay cleaning and
Anti dengue-fogging and I’m proud to say
that all of them was successful.
26. If you will be hired, how confident are we
that you’re not going to resign?
- If given the chance to be a part of this
company of yours, I will stay for long. The
reason for that is other than my career
growth, I am more mature now and I prefer
thinking long term rather than just short
term.
27. How do you handle conflict/complicated
work?
- I strongly believe that in a working
environment, we will always encounter
conflict. Therefore, I prepared myself with
those moments. For example, I
encountered an irate customer who won’t
listen to my explanation. What I will do is I
will let him vent out and express his
thoughts. After that, I’ll acknowledge it and
give him an assurance that I will help him
resolve his concern. That’s when the
customer will feel heard and valued. Thus,
providing best customer service experience
possible.
