23.30 hrs, at out skirts of Haibothpalli village and reported on 11.04.2021 at 10.30 hrs by
the complainant Kasagoni Jampaiah S/o Rajaiah, 53 yrs, Gouda, Toddy topper, R/o
Haibathpalli (v) he stated that his lease land vide Sy. No. 386/C (4 aceras) from Ura
Rakesh rao and his Agril chili crop in 1.20 guntas and un-known persons trespassed his
Agril land and set fire chili crop, damaged chili worth Rs. 2,00,000/-. and also near
Agriculture land owner Gurram Mahender S/o Swamy, his chili crop fired and damaged
chili worth Rs. 1, 50,000 /- and he strongly suspecting one Kancha Kumaraswamy S/o
Late Iylaiah, 29 yrs, Kurma, R/o Haibathpalli (v) (P. Mahender, Inspector of Police, PS

02. Cr. No: 89/2021 U/Sec. 356, 379 IPC of PS Parkal:- Occurred on 11.04.2021 at
about 12.45 hrs, at Near Water tank, Seetharampuram village and reported on the same
day at 14.30 hrs, by the complainant Edunuri Lalitha W/o Komuraiah, 35 yrs, Madiga,
Agriculture Coolie, R/o Kantathmakur village, her stated that her and her second daughter
Yara Mansa while going to Parkal in passenger Auto bearing No: ATS 24 T 2520 on they way
they reached near Water tank Seetharampuram village in the same time two un-known
offenders were came from Ambala road by motor cycle snatched away a Gold
Pusthelathadu from the complainant neck, by using criminal force and they fled away by a
motor cycle. The lost property Gold Pusthelathadu Weighing (2) thulas W/Rs. 80,000/-.
(who is the Pillion rider wearer White T-shirt, Jeen pant, and rider wearer Yellow T- shirt

03. Cr. No: 90/2021 U/Sec. 379 IPC, Sec. 21 (2) of MMDRA Act of PS Parkal :-
Occurred on 11.04.2021 at 1600 hrs, at Sub Station Nagaram village and reported on the
same day at 1730 hrs, by the complainant N. mahipal Reddy, HC-2040 of PS Parkal and in
which the accused Mattewada Suresh S/o Sammaiah, 24 yrs, Madiga, R/o Navabpeta of
Chityal Mandal, Jayashankar Bhupalpalli dist has illegal transporting sand in Tractor
bearing TS 03AMTR/6135, Trailer No: AP 15 BD 3828 and selling sand without any valid

license, immediately complainant seized the sand Tractor along with accused in presence

04. Cr. No. 45/2021, U/s 504, 506, 509 IPC, Sec 66-C, 66-E, 67 of IT Act-2008 of PS
Damera: Occurred in between 16.12.2020 at 1200 hours to 19.03.2021 at Oorugonda
Village and reported on 11.04.2021 at 1030 hours by the complainant Jannu Mamatha @
Nandini E/o Iylaiah, Age: 26 Years, Caste: SC/Madiga R/o Oorugonda, In which the
accused Pasula Raviteja have already registered a case in Cr. No. 280/2020 at P.S. Parkal.
On 16.12.2020 at 1200 hours Ravi Teja called her through a mediator from her house to
Public Garden, Hanamkonda on the pretext to speak with her, started forcing her with a
demand to withdraw the case lodged against him, further threatened her with dire
consequences stating that he will create her as a call girl if she fails to withdraw the case,
further he created a fake ID, and opened an account on Share chat online and created and
put her number 8374165243 as CALL GIRL, marphed her photograph into nude photo, her
sisters No. 9849419589, her fathers’ number 9963294863. Later, he started making calls
through different numbers, used very obscene language stating as call girl and asked her to
give her google pay, phone pay number so as to send money to fulfill their desire and asked
her to come to lodge, sent voice messages in very obscene language, further threatened her
that if she failed to withdraw the case they will cause her and her family to commit suicide
and he will kill her by pouring ACID on her. (K. Pochaiah, Asst. Sub-Inspector of Police-

05. Cr. No. 46/2021 U/s 379 IPC of PS Damera : - Occurred in between 30.03.2021 at
1400 hours to 10.04.2021 at 1000 hours at Damera Village Outskirts and reported on
11.04.2021 at 2010 hours by the complainant Singarapu Harikrishna S/o Chandramouli
Age:46 Years, caste: Mudiraj Occ: Patrolling guard at Indus Towers R/o Kazipet, Warangal,
In which he stated that, he worked as Indus Airtel tower is located in Damera Village in this
tower ID 1253582, he was working as a patrolling guard, he was each 15 days once he was
visited Tower site. On 30.03.2021 at 1400 hours his co-worker (Technician) by name
Varikela Ajay Kumar S/o Rajeswara Rao, Age: 29 Years, Caste: Arey R/o Elukurthy Village
of Geesugonda Mandal went Damera Village tower site and found batteries correct, Later
On 10.04.2021 at 1000 hours he went Damera Village tower site and he found missing the
24 Cells batteries(Exide 600AH), Where the unknown offenders committed theft the Airtel
tower 24 cells batteries each battery value Rs 1000/-, Total worth RS 24,000/-. Finally

06. Cr. No. 51/2021, U/s. 379 IPC, Sec. 21 (1) of M M Act of P.S. Mamnoor : Occurred
on 11-04-2021 at 05:45 hours at near Thimmapur cross road and reported on the same day
at 08:00 hours by the complainant B. Bixapathi, HC. 1004, P.S. Mamnoor. The complainant
along with staff while performing patrolling they found 03 Tractors coming with sand load
and on seeing them the accused A-1) Chevvala Kumara Swamy, S/o Buchi Komuraiah, Age:
45 yrs, Caste: Kuruma, Occu: Tractor Driver, R/o Katryala Village of Wardhannapet
Mandal, Tractor bearing No. AP 15 TA 8493, A-2) Barla Kumara Swamy, S/o Dudaiah, Age:
40 yrs, Caste: Madiga, Occu: Tractor Driver, R/o Kakkiralapally Village, Tractor bearing No.
AP 36 AP 0093 and A-3) Motapothula Mahesh, S/o Kumara Swamy, Age: 26 yrs, Caste:

24 AG 5052 and secured the presence of two mediators on interrogation the accused stated
that they are transporting the sand without any permission from concerned authorities.
Immediately the complainant seized the sand loaded Tractors and brought them to PS

07. Cr. No. 52/2021, U/s. 174 Cr.P.C. of P.S. Mamnoor: Occurred on 11-04-2021 at
11:00 hours at ZPSS Mamnoor Camp and reported on the same day at 14:30 hours by the
complainant Mydam Swapna, W/o. Dayakar, Age: 30yrs, Caste: Madiga, Occ: Housewife,
R/o. West Fort, Khila Warangal, wherein the deceased/complainant’s husband Mydam
Dayakar, S/o. Manikyam, Age: 34yrs, Caste: Madiga, Occ: Coolie, R/o. West Fort, Khila
Warangal was went to ZPSS Mamnoor Camp for attend get together program of his 2001-
2002 SSC batch, when they preparing cooking beside the tree, meantime the honeybees are
hoist due to the cooking flames and bite to the deceased. The deceased was died on the
same day at 13:11 hours while undergoing treatment at MGM Hospital, Warangal. Issued

08. Cr.No.84/2021,U/h Woman Missing of PS Geesugonda: Occurred on 10.04.2021 at
about 14:00 hours at Dupakunta village and reported on 11-04-2021 at 19:30 hours by the
complainant Jannu Babu, S/o Poshaiah, Age:45 yrs, Caste: Madiga, Occ: Coolie, R/o
Dupakunta village, in which he stated that, on 10.04.2021 at 14:00 hours his elder
daughter the missing woman/Jannu Chitanya, D/o Babu, Age: 21 yrs, Caste: Madiga, Occ:
Degree final year, R/o Dupakunta village went to tailor shop in their village but she does not
returned to home at 18:00 hours. Upon which, they have searched for their daughter in the
village, but no useful information came to light and they have also searched at all probable
places, but in vain. The complainant is suspected to one Gaddala Prsanth, S/o Uppalaiah,
R/o Somaram village of Thorrur mandal and his parents and friends are supported to him.

09. Cr.No.85/2021,U/s 326, 506 R/w 34 IPC PS Geesugonda : Occurred on 10.04.2021


at about 20:00 hours at Shayampet Haveli village and reported on 11.04.2021 at 20:00
hours by the complainant Kotagiri Sunil S/o Sammaiah, Age:33 yrs, Caste: Yerukala, Occ:
Agrl, R/o Shyampet Haveli village. on 10.04.2021 at 20:00 hrs the complainant going to his
house at Shyampet Haveli village on his motor cycle, meantime the accused A1: Shetty
Naresh s/o Ellaiah, A2: Shetty Suresh s/o Ellaiah, A3:Anguloori Shankar s/o Ramulu,
A4:Shetty Sunitha w/o Ellaiah all are R/o Shyampet Haveli village were stopped his bike
and beat with sticks on his mouth on that his front tooth fell under the blow and threatened
with dire consequences. The petition delay due to the inured undergoing treatment in MGM

10. Cr.No.85/2021,U/s 174 Cr.P.C PS Geesugonda: Occurred on 01-04-2021 at 09:00 hrs


at Vanchanagiri village and reported on 11.04.2021 at 21:00 hrs by the complainat
Badineni Laxmi w/o Laxminarayana, Age:36 yrs, Occ: Agril, R/o Vanchanagiri village. On
01-04-2021 at 09:00 hrs the deceased/complainant’s husband Badineni Laxminarayana,
R/o Vanchanagiri village was while his cutting Neem tree branches at in front of his house
from electric pole, meantime the cutted Neem tree branches falled on the electric wires on
that his accidentally received electric shock and falled from electric pole. in which his
received electric shock burned injuries. Immediately shifted him to Gardian Hospital
Warangal for treatment. While undergoing treatment the his died on 11-04-2021 at 16:30

11. Cr.No 56/2021 U/s 290, 323, 324 R/w 34 IPC of Parwathagiri PS: Occurred on
11.04.2021 at 1300 Hrs at Annaram shareef village and reported on same day at 1830 hrs
by the complainant Md.Shaheem W/o Ibraheem Khan, 35yrs, Muslim, Houe wife, R/o

Annaram shareef village came to PS and lodged a telugu written petition in which she stated
that the accused A1.Md.Thasleem W/o Moheen,40yrs, A2.Md.Sania D/o Moheen,25yrs,
A3.Md.Khaseem bee W/o Ismail khan, A4.Md.Imran S/o Yakub all abused the complainant
in filthy language, beat with hands and also beat with stick as a result she received injuries
to her head due to drinking water issue. Finally the complainant requested to take
necessary action against above said persons as per law. FIR ASI/924.

12. Cr.No.157/2021 U/s 379 IPC of PS Jangaon:- Occurred on 07.04.2021 at about
16.30 hrs at Near Appollo Medical Shop Rly. Road Jangaon and reported on 11.04.2021 at
18.30 hrs by the complainant Gopishetti Prakash S/o Sundaraiah, Age: 70Yrs, Caste;
Vysya, Occ; General Store, R/o Near Appollo Medical Shop Rly. Road Jangaon in which he
stated that he parked his motor vehicle Splendor bearing No.AP 36 AS 9807 beside of his
shop, and he busy with his work, then unknown offender committed theft of his motor
vehicle And decamped with booty. The stolen motor vehicle which worth of Rs.25,000/-.

13. Cr. No. 158/2021 U/s 495, 498 (A) IPC of PS Jangaon: Occurred prior to 11.04.2021
at 19.40 hrs at Cheetakodur village and reported on 11.04.2021 at 19.40 hrs by the
complainant Botla Vijaya Laxmi W / o Prasad, Age: 30 yrs, Caste: Madiga, Occ: House wife,
R / o Cheetakodur in which she stated that in 2013 Botla Prasad was introduced to her.
She got love marriage with Botla Prasad in the year 2013. Later the accused Botla Prasad
revealed that he already got married with Rajeshwari, she has one boy and one girl. Then
the complainant also has two children namely Shiva Rama Krishna and Akhira Nanda
Gopala Krishna. The accused Botla Prasad did not caring the complainant and her
childrens and harassing the physically and mentally. In 2019 the accused cheated that he
would get married one minor girl at Jangaon. Recently the accused wandering with
Sikindrapur Reddy girl. Finally the complainant requested to take necessary action as per

14. Cr No .37/2021 u/s 323,324 r/w 34 IPC of Ps Narmetta: The brief facts of the case
are that on 11-04-2021 at 11.00 hrs the complainant Goili Raju s/o Ramulu, 19yrs,
Padmashali, Occ: Student, r/o Machupahad (V) of Narmetta (M) came to PS Narmetta and
filed a Telugu written petition stating that on 10-04-2021 evening at about 06:00 P.M.
unnecessarily his father Goli Ramulu s/o Komuraiah, age 60yrs, and elder brother Goli
Venkata Mallesh s/o Venkatesh, age:30yrs stopped his mother Kanakalaxmi not to enter
into the house by duly locking house doors and beat her in public place. Mean while he
came out from the bathroom and noticed the same, when he tried to stop his father and
brother they grew wild against him and abused in most filthy language and his brother beat
him with a brick on his head and caused bleeding injury. Finally the complainant requested
to take necessary legal action against his father and brother as par law and do justice to

15. Cr. No. 77/2021 U/s 498(A), 323 IPC, Sec 3 & 4 DP Act, PS Bachannapet: Occurred
on 02-04-2021 at 1800 hrs at Pragathi Nagar, Dhammaiguda and reported on 11-04-2021
at 1100 hrs by the complainant Yavapuram Lavanya w/o Sridhar, 22yrs, Padmashali, Occ:
Housewife, r/o Bachannapet (V&M) where in, the accused Yavapuram Sridhar was
harassed his wife i.e compliant and beat with hands due to demanding additional dowry.

Finally the complainant requested to take necessary legal action against her husband and

PS THARIGOPPULA : (02)
16. Cr.No.42/2021, U/s 174 Cr.P.C, PS Tharigoppula: Brief facts of the case are that,
today i.e. on 11-04-2021 at 17.10 hours the complainant Samudrala Venkataiah, S/o
Ramaiah, age: 60 years, caste: Kummari, occp: agril., r/o Akkarajupally came to PS
Tharigoppula and lodged a telugu written complaiant stating that, he had two sons and two
daughter. His daughter Samudrala Manjula, age: 23 years suffering mentally due to illness
since two or three years. On 09-04-2021, his son Samudrala Mahesh came to his house
from Hyderabad and staying in the home. As usually today he along with his wife went to
agricultural field for attending work leving his daughter at home. Today mid-day his son
telephoned to him and informed that, his daughter Manjula is burning into the flames in
the house. On receipt of the information he along with his wife returned to home and found
that, his daughter succumbed to burn injuries. On enquiry his son informed to him that,
he went outside on some work, at about 12:30 hours returned to home and found that, the
house door was closed, the smoke and burning smell came out from the house,
immediately , he entered into the house by pushing the door and found that, Manjula is
burning with flames. His daughter vexed on her life due to illness, poured kerosene on her
body, lit fire herself and succumbed with burn injuries. There is no suspicious over the
death of his daughter. As such he requested to conduct inquest over the dead body and
handover the body to him for funerals. Hence, FIR issued D.Haritha, Si Of Police, Ps

17. Cr.No.43/2021, U/h Women Missing, PS Tharigoppula Brief facts of the case are
that, today i.e. on 11-04-2021 at 19.50 hours the complainant Uchenthala Kanukaiah, S/o
Ramaiah, age: 55 years, caste: Mudiraj, occp: agril., R/o Solipuram came to PS
Tharigoppula and lodged a telugu written complaiant stating that, he had three daughters.
His Younger daughter Uchenthala Ramya, D/o Knukaiah age: 19 years Studying
B.Pharmacy at warangal. 10 days back she Came to Solipuram for colleges stoped due to
Carona effect. On 09-04-2021, The complainant and his family members went to his well
for Agriculture work. his daughter Ramya stayed at home. On Same day At 12.00 hrs the
Complainant called to his daughter from his phone no 9177750795 to his daughter’s phone
no 8688523367 asked for come to him for agriculture work at his field well. His daughter
replied that she is going to Tharigoppula For Mobile recharge. At evening the complainant
came to his house and not found his daughter at his home. He tried t call to his daughter,
but the phone was switched off. He searched about her at her relatives houses, but not
found. His daughter wearing black colour Top and white color paint at leaving from the
house. The complainant suspected his villager Pasaramadla Raju S/o late narayana. The
complainant knew that the above suspetcted person follows the complainant daughter
,when she came to Village. Descriptive particulars of his daughter Height 5’0”, medium
complexion, lean build, As such he requested to trace his daughter. Hence, FIR issued

18. Cr.No: 61/2021 U/Sec: 448, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC of PS Chilpur: Occurred on
11.04.2021 at about 0930 hours at complainant house, Srirampally H/o Sripathipally (Vi),
and reported on same day at 1810 hours by the complainant by name Gaddam Siddaiah
S/o Venkataiah, age: 49 yrs, caste: SC[Madiga], Occ: Private Employee, R/o Srirampally
H/o Sripathipally(Vi), in which by keeping previous land grudges in mind, on 11.04.2021 at
about 0930 hours the complainant 3rd younger brother/Accused person A1] Gaddam
Pochaiah, and his wife/A2] Gaddam Nirmala, both criminally trespassed in to the
complainant house bearing No: 4-17/30/1, with crowbars, A1 damaged the shelf’s, A2

damaged gate which is in front of their house, both A1 & A2 threatened to kill them with
dire consequences, the approximate worth of damage is Rs.50,000/-. Hence FIR issued by

11.04.2021 at 1000 hours at Lingala Ghanpur village and reported on same day at 21:15
ho1urs by the complainant Peddagalla Upender s/o Kistaiah, age: 21 yrs, caste: SC madiga,
Occ: Driver, R/o Nagaram village of Lingala Ghanpur Mandal in which his sister/missing
woman Vemula Anitha w/o Naresh, age: 26 yrs, caste: SC madiga, Occ: Housewife, R/o
Lingala Ghanpur village was left from house due to complainant’s brother-in-law Vemula
Naresh s/o Laxmaiah, 30 yrs, Mdiga, Coolie, R/o Lingala Ghanpur was abused the
complainant’s sister and beat with hands on drunken condition and illegal contact to other
woman, and she didn’t came back to her home, later they searched about the missing

pay Bala vikasa chitty amount by saying to her grand mother, but she didn’t returned back
to home till now, on that the complainant and family members searched in the surrounding

probable places, but where about are not known, is the reason for delay in reporting. The

Hanamkonda, while the petitioner went to outside for driving the Auto, meantime the
petitioner’s wife/ Missing woman Vaskula Krishnaveni W/o Kamalakar, Age: 27 yrs,
Caste: SC(Madiga), Occ: Housewife, R/o H.No.23-4-2, New Shayampet, Hanamkonda left
from the house and took her Son/Jashwanth, Age:4 yrs without informing to anyone, but
she did not return to the house, due to family issues. The petitioner searched at
neighbour’s houses, relatives house’s and all surrounding areas, but their whereabouts are
not known. In this regard the petitioner was suspecting one person named by Yanamadla
Santhosh R/o Siddipet might have taken them. Finally the petitioner requested to take

23. Cr.No.213/2021u/s 447, 290, 506 IPC of PS Subedari: This Zero FIR received from
KUC Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate,. Occurred prior to 02.03.2021 at 0830
hours, at Bhavani nagar, Hanamkonda and reported on 11.04.2021 at 1400 hours, by the
complainant Sri Purushotham , Age:58 years, Occu: Registrar of Kakatiya University,
Hanamkonda in which he stated that, the accused A. Vinod Nayak, who worked as an
Academic Consultant in Mechanical Engineering Branch, KU College threatening Prof. P.
Malla Reddy by making phone calls and on 02.03.2021 at 0830 hours, he went to the
house of the P. Malla Reddy at Bhavani Nagar, Hanamkonda, criminally trespassed into his
premises abused him in nasty language and also threatened him with dire consequences.

home and returned back to home at 2200 hrs on the same day and found that his
daughter was kidnapped by someone. So he and his family members were searched for her
location of her friends and relations but she could not be found. Finally the y suspected
one by name Gurram suman R/o Mustalapalli, and one of their villager Meenugu
Devender S/o Mogili R/o shanigaram who might taken her daughter. Thus, he requested to

district came to WPS and submitted a petition stating that the complainant marriage was
performed with one Janagani Rajesh s/o Ramesh, age; 30 yrs, caste: Gouda, occ: Software
employee, r/o H.No. 3-14-30, Yadava Nagar, Krishna Colony, Road No.1, Hanamkonda,
Warangal Urban district on 15.11.2019. At the time of their marriage on the demand of her
husband Rajesh, his parents Bhagya Laxmi, Ramesh, her parents has been given
Rs.30,00,000/- net cash, 20-thulas gold ornaments and other household articles to them.
Then after her husband Rajesh, his parents Bhagya Laxmi, Ramesh were harassing her
physically and mentally for demanding to bring additional dowry an amount of
Rs.10,00,000/- and threatening with dire consequences to kill her. Finally she requested
to take necessary action against the above accused persons. The case is UI for collection of
evidence and serving notices to the accused.

District came to WPS and submitted a petition stating that the complainant love marriage
was performed with one Keesari Satheesh Kumar s/o Late. Swamy, age; 47 yrs, caste:
Mudiraj, occ: Correspondent of Sri Vatsal Gurukul Vidyalaya, Dundigal, Medchal,
Malkajigiri district, r/o Flat No. G-3, Ashish Enclave, Bachipalli, Ranga Reddy District on
21.11.1999. After their marriage they lead happy marital life for (06) months hardly and
they blessed with two male children. Then after her husband Satheesh Kumar harassing
her physically and mentally by suspecting her character and threatening with dire
consequences to kill her. Finally she requested to take necessary action against the above
accused persons. The case is UI for collection of evidence and serving notices to the
