Recipe

RECIPE: CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (16-20 cookies)

INGREDIENTS

1 EGG 100g BROWN SUGAR

130g BUTTER 1 teaspoon BAKING POWDER

200g CHOCOLATE CHIPS 2 teaspoons VANILLA EXTRACT

180g FLOUR CINNAMON

1. Pre-heat the OVEN at 180ºC


2. MIX the BUTTER and SUGAR in a BOWL
3. WHISK the EGG
4. ADD the EGG to the BOWL
5. SIFT the FLOUR into the BOWL
6. ADD the BAKING POWDER and the VANILLA EXTRACT
7. ADD a pinch of CINNAMON
8. ADD the CHOCOLATE CHIPS
9. MIX
10. Form small balls with the DOUGH
11. Put them in the FREEZER for 5-10 minutes
12. Put the balls on a BAKING TRAY (with BAKING PAPER)
13. BAKE the cookies for 15 minutes
14. Let them cool
15. ENJOY!
