1. OBJECTIVE;
 HANDLE EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES WITH IN 24 HOURS

EXPLANATION;

If any employee have any grievance regarding any other employee, system etc he or she directly
meet the supervisor & tell the problem. After that the supervisor is liable to overcome the
problem in less than 24 hours & settle the issue in mentioned time. But we can solve this
problem before it happens by increasing harmony & respect among the whole employees and in
the firm through lectures, seminars & giving them friendly home environment. By doing all this
we can overcome the grievances before it happens so it is the cheapest way in my point of view.

EXPLANATION;
Sometime we can’t solve a problem with as single solution so same is the case here & we have to
apply two or more solutions. We can reduce the scrape to 2% by providing quality raw materials
& specialized labors to the production process at a time. Specialized labors save our time &
money plus quality raw material reduces the scrape & improve production process. By doing this
we can also enhance our sales and maximize our profit ratio. At recruitment process we should
select specialized labors to avoid many problems later on. But at the same time we should
introduce modern technology to our production process because without this we can’t reduce the
scrape ratio.

EXPLANATION;
We can maintain production level with in or above target range by implementing all the above

points. We have to apply many solutions at a time not a single to maintain or increase our

production level. Single does work in this regard. According to ADAM SMTH, specialized

labors directly improve our production & save our time plus finance. So always select

specialized labors for your company. Second we should implement weekly production target &

have to achieve with proper control and balance system in any case. This also helps us in

increment of production. Along with all these we should change our production technology in

every single decade to achieve our target market and enhance market share. Technology plays an

important role in our production so we should take proper care of that. We can use other

alternatives for that but it depends on situation and firm type. At the end if we are capable

enough to afford computer integrated manufacturing then definitely it will give an edge to our

firm n will boost our production.
