Breasts stuffed with

My favourite dish ham and cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 5 chiken milanesas (large and
thin chicken breast fillet).
- 5 slices of ham
- 5 slices of yellow cheese
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Vegetable oil

METHOD
1. - Season each piece with salt and pepper, in this case, the 5
chicken milanesas.
2. - Place a slice of ham on top of each milanesa.
3. - Place a slice of cheese on top of each milanesa.
4. - Fold the milanesas in half.
5. - Prick the milanesas with wooden sticks.
6. - Put the oil in a frying pan and heat.
7. - Place each breast to fry once the oil is hot, and leave until they
are golden brown.
8. - Remove from the pan and place on a plate with a napkin once
they are golden, so that the excess oil is absorbed.
