Subject: Adjustment of Annual Increment Year 2017 in salary

With due respect it is stated that Competent Authority Hamdard University, Karachi
awarded annual increment 2017 to all employees of University with effect from January
2018. I am a regular employee of Hamdard University and was on study leaves during
January 2018. As per University policies annual increment is awarded to employee after
spending 6 months of the academic year. My leaves started from July 24, 2017 so I am
eligible for that increment. I request you with great sincerity kindly consider my name for
annual increment 2017 and adjust the amount in my monthly salary. I shall be very thankful
for your kindness.
