1. Reference: PNP Blotter Entry No. 0009418 found on page 0060 re Arrest of Wanted
Person within MGRS 51Q2268461957017, Latitude 17.688625 and Longitude 120.405795.

2. This pertains to the service/implementation of Warrant of Arrest against ROMEO TIRI

y AVELINO, 62 years old, married, Barangay Captain/ABC President and resident of Barangay
Manzante, Magsingal, Ilocos Sur on July 27, 2018 at about 11:00 in the morning for Violations
of Section 5 (i) of RA 9262 with CC# 3771-K and Violations of Section 5 (e) (2) of RA 9262 with
CC# 3772-K.
3. Please be informed that on July 27, 2018 at about 11:00 in the morning, PNP
elements of this Office led by PSI JAYSON MARQUEZ MORALES, Officer In-Charge
proceeded to Barangay Manzante, Magsingal, Ilocos Sur and arrested thereat ROMEO TIRI y
AVELINO, 62 years old, married, Barangay Captain and resident of Barangay Manzante,
Magsingal, Ilocos Sur. Said person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrests, both issued
by Hon. Judge RAPHIEL F. ALZATE of the RTC, 1 st Judicial Region, Branch 24, Cabugao,
Ilocos Sur for Section 5 (i) of RA 9262 with CC# 3771-K with recommended bail of Seventy Two
Thousand pesos (Php 72,000.00) and Violations of Section 5 (e)(2) of RA 9262 with CC# 3772-
K with recommended bail of Thirty Six Thousand pesos (Php 36,000.00) both dated July 25,
2018. Said person was brought to Magsingal District Hospital hereof for physical and medical
purposes and later brought to this Office for booking, photograph and proper documentation
prior presentation to the court concerned. Said arrested wanted person is listed as Other
Wanted Person on the manhunt Charlie.
