AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION

That We, ELISEO ALINDAJAO, married to ANINA ALINDAJAO; NICHOLE

LYNN A. NAPIAL, single; and ALFRED C. ALINDAJAO, single, all Filipino citizen, of
legal age, and a resident of Cambaro, Mandaue City, Philippines, after being duly sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and states:
That We are the declared registered owner of a parcel of land known as Lot 670-C-
1 and Lot 670-C-2, covered by Tax Declaration No. 2017-006-01199 and Tax Declaration
No. 2017-006-01196, respectively, located in Barangay ofCambaro, Mandaue City;
That Sebastiana Cortes is the lot claimant of Lot 670, Gss-592, with an area of
2,314 square meters, on records file at LMS, DENR, Reg. 7, and the Mother of Dr. Ariston
M. Cortes Jr., married to Teofila G. Cortes;
That We purchased the portion of the said parcel of Land to Ariston M. Cortes Jr.,
as per Deed of Absolute Sale, executed on January 03, 1989, before Notary Public, Atty.
Magno B. Dionson and entered in his Notarial Register as Doc. No. 98, Page No. 34 Book
No. XXXIII, Series of 1993;
That during the execution of Deed of Absolute Sale the said parcel of land was not
yet approved as LMS. (Bureau of Land), DENR Reg. 7, and thus we have agree to hired a
Geodetic Engineer to resurvey consolidated into one lot with a total area of 444 sq. m. and
subdivided into two (2) lots and now identified as Lot 670-B, with an area of 222 sq. m. and
Lot 670-C, with an area of 222 sq. m. and prepared subdivision plan by Engr. Milagros C.
Mosqueda;
That we hereby confirm and affirm that the said parcel of land was subdivided and
adjudicate unto vendors in the following manner: for Lot 670-B, with an area of 222 square
meters to NICHOLE LYNN A. NAPIAL, single; and Lot 670-C, with an area of 222 square
meters to ALFRED C. ALINDAJAO, single.
That we have execute this Affidavit of Confirmation to attest to the truth of the
foregoing.
