I, Michael Paul John Binaday received the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 100,000.00) Philippine currency from the heirs of Narciso D. Rivera as return
payment with interest to my Php 25,000.00 purchase of a part of lot containing an area of
312.5sqm from the parcel of land situated in Brgy. Balanoy in the municipality of La Paz, Tarlac
City, Central Luzon (Region III) containing an area of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE (24,335) SQUARE METERS more or less and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 03212 under Presidential Decree No. 27, with Emancipation Patent
Number A-094470 of the Ministry of Agrarian Reform owned by our grandfather, TOMAS G.
RIVERA (deceased) where half of the land containing an area of 12,167.5 sqm was inherited by
the 1st son, Narciso D. Rivera thru extrajudicial settlement with the rest of his siblings.

With consent from all existing legitimate heirs of TOMAS G. RIVERA, payment
amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (100,000.00) Philippine currency was handed to me
in cash by Liwayway R. Del Rosario.

interest to my Php 15,000.00 purchase of a part of lot containing an area of 312.5sqm from the
parcel of land situated in Brgy. Balanoy in the municipality of La Paz, Tarlac City, Central
Luzon (Region III) containing an area of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY-FIVE (24,335) SQUARE METERS more or less and covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 03212 under Presidential Decree No. 27, with Emancipation Patent Number A-
094470 of the Ministry of Agrarian Reform owned by my grandfather, their father TOMAS G.
RIVERA (deceased) where half of the land containing an area of 12,167.5 sqm was sold to his
5th daughter, Liwayway R. Del Rosario by the rest of her siblings.

With consent from all her existing siblings & legitimate heirs of TOMAS G. RIVERA,
payment amounting to Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) Philippine currency was handed to me
in cash by the same person aforementioned.

Central Luzon (Region III) containing an area of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE (24,335) SQUARE METERS more or less and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 03212 under Presidential Decree No. 27, with Emancipation Patent
Number A-094470 of the Ministry of Agrarian Reform owned by TOMAS G. RIVERA
(deceased) where half of the land containing an area of 12,167.5 sqm was inherited by my late
brother, Narciso D. Rivera thru extrajudicial settlement with us, his siblings.

With consent from all existing legitimate heirs of TOMAS G. RIVERA, payment
amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (100,000.00) Philippine currency was handed to me
in cash by Fe G. Rivera.
