SUBJECT CONSOLIDATION OF CASES AND TRANSFER OF

In the interest of the service and pursuant to the provisions of existing

laws, a consolidation of the following cases is hereby ordered:

1. NPS Docket No. Xvl-lNV-21E-00169 entitled gNational Bureau of

Investigation and Bank of the Philippine Islands, represented by Arlene
8. Jore v. Arty. Mark Kristopher G. Tolentino, et al."; and

2. NPS Docket No. XIV-05-INV-20 K2019 entitled "BDO Unibank, lnc. v.

Mark Kristopher Genita Tolentino, which is pending before Makati City
Prosecution Office;

and Senior Assistant State Prosecutor \^/ENDELL P. BENDOVAL

Prosecution Attorney [VN MAJ M. NOPUENIE of the Office of
Secretary of Justice Prosecution Staff are hereby designated to handle
preliminary investigation of the said consolidated cases, and to file
appropriate information/s in the proper court, if evidence so warrants.

SASP Bendoval and PA Nopuente shall likewise handle all cases

between/among the same parties which are related/connected with, or which
may have arisen or may arise as a consequence of, any of the
aforementioned criminal complaints, including any and all counter-charges.

The Prosecutor General and/or the Regional Prosecutors are directed

to notify all concerned Provincial and City Prosecution Offices under their
jurisdiction to immediately transmit to SASP Bendoval and PA Nopuente the
records of all the aforementioned criminal complaints and any subsequent
related criminal complaints that may hereafter be filed within five (5) days from
receipt of this Order and to immediately report compliance therewith in writing.

This Order takes effect immediately and shall remain in force until
further orders.
