plan downgrade since we subscribed for
upgrade that is not going to happen and we
have no prior knowledge of the facts.

KINDLY make the necessary adjustments needed for our PAST DUE and would be Billing Statements from
here onwards that is downgraded, deducted for days without both landline and internet.
