LOAN AGREEMENT

This Gadget Installment agreement is made and executed in Apalit, Pampanga, between Maria
Jamie Shekaina D. Haravata , of legal age, Filipino with residence and postal address at 79 masikap st.
Cupang west , Balanga City, Bataan , hereinafter referred to as Borrower and Rose Ann Villanueva , of
legal age, Filipino with residence and postal address at , Apalit, Pampanga hereinafter referred to as
Lender. This Agreement is effective on Aug 15, 2021 .

The borrower promises to pay Php 30,800 for ( Xs max 256gb ; Serial
No.______________________) and late payment charge. The borrower shall be obligated to pay
interest per month and processing, documentation and legal fees on time, late payment penalties
100.00 / day. Borrower shall pay an amount of such interest and fees to be paid together with the
capital sum of the loan monthly for twelve (12) months.

For warranty claims, 3 days replacement for factory defect and 7days service warranty (parts not
included) Phone warranty does not cover the ff No Warranty Sticker No warranty; Broken LCD; Battery
Overcharge; IOS Update at your OWN RISK,

The borrower shall be entitled to pay larger installment prescribed or the full balance of the
capital and interest at any time prior to the prescribed dates of payment. If the borrower has not paid
the prescribed amount on its prescribed date of payments, the lender will charge the borrower 100.00
per day.
 No refund while the process days is still ongoing. You will only get 80% of your downpayment
once you initiated a refund, plus you will wait sa sasalo ng unit before you will get your refund. No slots
will be pull out.

Borrowers permit the lender to post the borrower’s photos with the contract and their
conversations online in case they fail to settle the unpaid balance after 2 months of non-payment.
Borrower shall not allow to SELL, Pawn and transfer to other person the gadget loan until the loan
agreement still in effect.

In case no payment was made by the borrower for two (2) consecutive months the borrower will
voluntarily surrender the gadgets to the lender and all payments made will be forfeited. If not so, the
lender may file appropriate legal action to protect and enforce its rights.

This agreement shall be notarized, lender agrees to pay notarization fee. All payments due from
the borrower

to the lender under this agreement will be made direct deposit to any of the following OPTIONS ONLY.

The parties confirm that this contract contains the full terms of their agreement and that no
addition to or

variation of the contract shall be of any force and effect unless done in writing and signed by both
parties.
