To manage a second language is essential for professionals worldwide. According

influential countries, such as: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada,
among others. So, if you, as a Multimedia Producer, are interested in being able to
communicate with overseas clients and develop international projects, to being able
to communicate in English is a must.

RESUME TYPES
A resume is a written compilation that provides a summary of your educa-

tion and experience. A resume should be as concise as possible. Its length
is: one page for people with Master Degree and two pages for those with
a degree. It is used to find a non academic job; for academic jobs, a CV is
more appropriate.
You can find at least three types of resumes: Chronological, Functional and
a Combination of both Chronological and Functional.
CHRONOLOGICAL
RESUME
This is the most common type of resume format. It
helps to emphasize details about work history and
professional growth. The most current work is
listed first. It is useful for those people who have a
lot of work experience.

FUNCIONAL/SKILL
RESUME
This type of resume format is used to highlight the
skills and usually describes the work experience. It is
useful for those people who have had unrelated jobs
or jobs outside the academic field.

COMBINATION
RESUME
This type of resume blends the chronological and the
functional one. It is the right one for those people
who have both work experiences and relevant skills.
