1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: AB OIL AND GAS - UAE Seeks to employ your service in our
company and this document embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract
through our recruitment department AB OIL AND GAS RECRUITMENT.

2. JOB POSITION: SOFT WARE DEVELOPER,

CONTRACT DURATION: UNLIMITED (BUT RENEWABLE AFTER TWO YEARS )

JOB LOCATION: ABU DHABI – UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

START UP-DATE: 5 July 2021 (Extendable Upon Request) you would be expected to
resume on the 5th July 2021 Prior to resumption as inscribed above, you shall be expected to start your
job processes by acquiring and obtaining your Immigrant Expatriate Clearance Certificate paper with
the help of our remmended (ADVOCATE & LEGAL CONSULTANTS) as per uae new regulation for Covid-
19 pandemic outbreak precautionary measures.

3.MONTHLY SALARY:46,500 (Forty Six Thousand, Five Hundred Dirham) monthly/take-

home, with extra AED 2000 Weekly for pocket allowance, WORK TIMING: START 8:00AM TILL
12:00PM (BREAK) START AGAIN (2:00PM TILL 05.00PM) Work Days: Sunday – Thursday,
Fridays and Saturdays are Holidays.

4. COVID-19 TERMS: Due to the high risk of Covid-19 pandemic outbreak and crime in the
entire world, The uae migratory law has made it mandatory and compulsory that every
persons coming from outside uae to work ,study or reside in uae MUST obtain Immigrant
Expatriate Clearance Certificate(IECC) Base on UAE Covid-19 Pandemic Outbreak expatriate
policy: employee is entitled to personally pay for he /her Immigrant Expatriate Clearance
Certificate papers which is refundable by the employer after approval.

5. REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES MADE: Expenses incurred by the employee related to job

before commencement of duties will be substantiated with receipts and the employer will reimburse
the employee not later than Five (5) working days after approval and submission of employee’s
expense report and receipts.

6. ACCOMODATION AND FEEDING : All Employees are expected to reside at the company Staff’s
Estate.There are 3 Bedroom Flat Apartment for family, and 1 bedroom flat Apartment for single, and a
private car, for Employees use during contract. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are
available options in case of local dishes, we have Chefs from various countries to handle such.)

7. MOVING EXPENSES: You shall be required to furnish us with your approved immigrant expatriate
clerance certificate (IECC) on or before the 16th June 2021 due time as stipulated above for your job
resumption with the AB OIL AND GAS - UAE and also to enable us sponsor / process your work permit
and flight etc , you will also receive your three monthly upfront salary including your due entitlements/
emoluments prior to your departure for services with AB OIL AND GAS – UAE,

8. MEDICAL EXPENSES: Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the
term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and
family. Life Insurance, Medical Insurance,Etc.

9. ALLOWANCES / ENTITLEMENTS : Car maintenance: AED 40,000.00 (Yearly)

House & furnishings: AED 60,000.00 (Yearly) Entertainment & recreation: AED 18,100 (Yearly)
Travel & Events: AED 30,050 (Yearly)

10. PAID LEAVE TRAVEL / VACATION: You are enitled for two months vacation in two years,
All Employee will receive AED 20,350 Take home for each leave period. Employee for each
inter-continental trip shall be paid AED 15,750 travel/entertainment allowance. Travel shall be
by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.

11. MOBILIZATIONS: Three monthly salaries shall be paid in advance before you embark on
journey to assume duty. This is to enable you settle all domestic needs in your country before
travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. All
payment of Salary after resumption of duty shall be 100% paid into an offshore account to be
provided by employee. This is in line with the UAE expatriate financial statutory laws.
Expatriate shall also be liable to pay 1% of salary as withholding tax to the relevant authority.

12. DOCUMENTS OBTAINING IMMIGRANT EXPATRIATE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE:
The employee is requested to contact the below office ADVOCATES & LEGAL CONSULTANTS for
obtaining /processing your Immigrant Expatriate Clearance Certificate that will enable us to sponsor
your Work and Residence Permits papers, Flight Ticket and other traveling materials as soon as
possible. The Advocates will guide you with all the necessary requirements / fee to assist you procured
your Immigrant Expatriate Clearance Certificate, Note any expenses incurred shall be refund back to
the Employee after 5 working days of concluding all papers .

expenses for their Immigrant Expatriate Clearance Certificate processing, Which is
inline with UAE ministry of health and ministry of interior statutory to all expatriate who
are to live and work legally in UAE must obtain the certificate for COVID- 19
precautionary measures, Meanwhile, we remind you that any amount you spent in
obtaining the certificate will be totally refund back to you before you embark your trip
to UAE according to AB OIL AND GAS.

13. TERMINATION: Termination without Cause: Either party may terminate this
agreement without cause upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to the other.
Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the
other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and
has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the
default and the intention to terminate.

14. Upon review and acceptance of this Contract Package, sign on the last page and
send us back the scanned copy of the Acceptance (Last) Page..
