equipment is tested OK. In warranty period, all parts are free of charge to replace. If damaged by buyer operator, Seller will
not take responsibility(Human factor and force factor exception)

3.The seller shall cover installation, commissioning, guide and train the buyer’s workers in buyer’s factory for 10 days;
also supply formula and know-how for producing PE stretch film. But buyer should be afford the flight tickets and
local accommodation charges.

4.Payment condition: 30% T/T deposit , 70% before loading from WINTECH factory

7.When something have no way to solve, each of cooperator has the right to submit a case to the court where the contract
was signed
