CERTIFICATION/ADDENDUM

The Undersigned Notary Public has made correction/addition on the document entitled
EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE, PARTITION AND DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE dated April 13, 2021
by adding the date of death of the following persons found on the second (2 nd) page of the
aforementioned document):

FLAVIANO RAFAL – died on February 25, 1989

ALEJANDRA E. RAFAL – died on February 15, 1994

JOSE RAFAL – died on October 8, 1996

The abovementioned correction/addition is made with a knowledge and consent of all the
parties and was never intended to defraud third persons.
