-Factors putting off the customers usage are Lack of face to face advice is 33.33% major issue
now because a lot of use of e-banking.
Security concerns is 16.67% customers are afraid of getting hacked.
Reluctance to change is 37.5% a large group of customers are happy using the traditional
method of banking.
Lack of Internet access is 12.5% customers living in remote locations face problem of accessing
to internet.
