As your reference letter above cited that, SSA, Tamilnadu in collaboration with
the British Council and UNICEF has proposed to conduct English Language Training to
all Upper Primary Teachers in Government and Government Aided School Teachers
this year during October 2010.

A Pilot batch of Training for the KRP’s was conducted at Chennai during July
2010. Based on the feed back, remaining batches of KRP’s training is planned to
conduct for English and non English BRTEs in September 2010 in 4 centres viz.
Madurai, Trichy, Salem and Coimbatore. The First Batch of Master Trainer’s training
programme commences from 13.09.10 to 18.09.10 at Karunya University
Campus,Coimbatore.All The Supervisors are instructed to relieve the following English
and Non- English BRTEs to attend the first batch training without fail from 13.09.10 to
18.09.10.

Training Venue : Karunya college of Education,Karunya Nagar,

Karunya University Campus, Coimbatore.
Note:
1. All Participants are instructed to take the Master Trainer’s Module which is given to
the Master Trainer by the British Council at covai last year.
2. All Participants are strictly instructed to take VI, VII and VII Std. English Book (Each
Participant should carry one Set)
3. The Participants can be provided an accommodation on the Previous night at
Karunya Uni. Campus, Covai.
4. Participants are further instructed to be Punctual. All the Participants are instructed
to assemble on or before 8.00am on 13.09.10 at the training venue.
5. All English BRTEs are instructed take part in Master Training Programme on
September.
6. Only selected non English BRTEs will be attending in Master Training Programme.
7. The English BRTEs and selected non English BRTEs are strictly instructed not to
avail any leaves during Training period.

The Concern Block Supervisors are instructed to relieve the concern BRTEs properly
to attend the training without Fail.
