MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 13th OCTOBER 2020

SUBJECT: ANNUAL CHARGES FOR THE YEAR 2020-2021

A meeting was held between head of Parents committee along with various parents and Schools
management. The subject of the meeting was to decide upon an acceptable amount of Annual
Fee payable by parents.

The school management had put across the following points to the parents to appraise parents
with the ongoing situation of school:

1. As per the directives of the govt, the school had extended 20% discount to all the students
in tuition fee while the costs remained at the same level, infact the costs increased due to
major expenses for up-gradations.
2. Owing to covid many students left school with overdue payable fees which resulted in
school forced in to very difficult financial crises.
3. With all the difficulties the school still gave 20% discount on tuition fee without
hesitation.
4. The quality of education was not compromised at any level that is conduct of online
classes, giving activity work and checking of work done.
5. Teachers were paid salaries on time without any layoffs.
6. Because of Covid, there were virtually no new admissions this year, ultimately increasing
financial burden on the management.

Keeping in view of the above, the school management had proposed annual charges up to 1
(One) month of tuition fee which is conventionally charged by various other private schools once
every year. These charges cater to many activities and betterment of services at school premises
throughout the year.

The parents in response raised concerns due to covid situations and counter proposed Annual
charges of Rs.6,000 across the board. The management keeping in consideration the current
situation of businesses across the country agreed upon the same. The parent also requested to
ease the mode of payment of annual charges related to timelines to which management had
promised to extend full support.

The meeting then ended on the decision that this year’s schools annual charges shall be Rs.
6000/ward.
