The proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video

1. Mr. Divyam Agarwal, learned counsel for Standard Chartered
Bank [“the Bank”], states that the Bank has taken a decision to restructure
the petitioners’ loan and has communicated the same to the petitioners by
a letter dated 22.07.2021. Mr. D.S. Chadha, learned counsel for the
petitioners, however, submits that the petitioners have not yet received
the communication.
2. Mr. Agarwal will place the decision on record and also
communicate the same to Mr. Chadha in the course of the day, to enable
him to take instructions.
