I respectfully write this letter on behalf of BATUHAN BLANDO CONCEPCION

TRILLANA ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW (BBCT Law Office) located on the 15th floor of
Picadilly Star Bldg. This letter will constitute written notice to inform you of our intention to
discontinue leasing some of our leased parking spaces. 

Our office is currently leasing parking slots 616, 617, 618, 623 624,625, and B104. Due to the
current spread of the Pandemic, as much as possible, we are implementing the Work From Home
scheme. Since the start of the lockdown, only a few parking slots were needed and were being
used by our colleagues. We specifically intend to terminate the following parking slots 616, 617,
618, 625, and B104 starting insert date. However, we will still retain parking slots no. 623 and
no. 624. With this, we hereby ask your assistance, and we are requesting to kindly give us a
walkthrough with the procedure and requirements in terminating the said parking lease. 

We are hoping for your kind consideration and usual accommodation regarding this matter.
