Ans - A management information system (MIS) is an information system used for decision
making, and for the coordination, control, analysis, and visualization of information in an
organization and marketing. The study of the management information systems involves people,
processes and technology in an organizational context.
There are 4 steps in MIS –

● Process
● Output
● Feedback
Further, I have picked up 4 different forms in that I have used during my time of internship
in cooper corporation, I was interning there under sales and marketing department, so I was
handling customer interaction, I was handling their social media campaign marketing we
were using data from Instagram, Facebook and google ads.

INSTAGRAM DATA:
INPUT in data from Instagram:
The primary data comes from Instagram ads, where we ask people to fill out their details in
case they want to know more, so we use data filled out by customer for inquiring about
COOPER gensets.
PROCESS data from Instagram:
The processing part is calling up the customers to know about their enquires, in case one of
these enquiries convert into sales we pass on the lead to sales team for further quotation
and deal finalising processes.
