1. CLASS SCHEDULE
First Bell – 7:00 am
Flag Ceremony – 7:15 – 7:30 am
Time Schedule (morning) – 7:30 – 11:25
(afternoon) – 1:30 – 4; 05
Remedial Teaching – before 1:30 pm/ 4;05 – 4:25
2. PROPER UNIFORM
Girls – red skirt/white blouse with red bow tie
Boys – black shorts or pants/white polo or t-shirt (with logo if possible)
Monday-Wednesday : wear school uniform
Thursday : wear BSP/GSP uniform (if there is any)
Friday : wear PE uniform (red jogging pants & white t-shirt with school logo)
3. PROPER HAIR CUT FOR BOYS – no hair color including girls/ear piercing on boys
4. ATTENDANCE
Absences – should be not more than 20% of the total school days
Example : 201 school days (maximum of 40 absences for the whole school year
For the 4P’s beneficiaries – 85% attendance
Example : 201 school days (maximum of 30 days absences for the whole school year

7. SUSPENSION OF CLASSES
Signal #1 – Pre-school level
Signal #2 – Pre-school, Elementary & Secondary levels
Signal #3 – College level & all offices
In the absence of storm signals, the parents, the local executives and the local DepEd
Officials are in the best position to decide if they will send their children to school.
“The final decision to let the child go to school or not is left with the parents. Local
suspension and parental decision are allowed since parents and officials on the ground have a
better idea about the situation in their areas.
9. A. STUDENTS /PUPILS
1. Materials’ needed by each pupil:
- 8 lecture notebooks, portfolio, manila paper, anecdotal record, art materials
- PSA Birth Certificate
- F137 (transferee)
2. Discipline inside the school/classroom
- Assignments, tardiness, reading level
- Anti-bullying and child protection policy
- Collection of (Php. 1.00) morning and afternoon
- Collected amount will be used for the Christmas Party on December to avoid any
contributions anymore from parents/pupils

1. Commitment with the school
2. Proper attire in going to school
