"Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.”

~ Albert Einstein

No one can ever force peace within the community and even within the self.
Achieving peace is difficult for those who do not believe that peace comes with a
choice. The truth is, people need to acknowledge the duty that we all have with each
other, just as how easily we acknowledge our rights. Also, justice can only be served
if we learn to respect boundaries and discipline ourselves in a way that we are not
the center of the world and that others have rights like we do, in this way we
actualize our duties and responsibilities to others. Love, for me, must be the
strongest of them all because if we learn and know how to love we acknowledge the
needs of others and eventually lend out a helping hand to those who need it the
most, whether it is a material thing or values that we possess. And freedom comes
with a limitation, a limitation of knowing how to act accordingly.

So you see, these factors work hand in hand in obtaining peace. Not one of them
mentioned force or immediate applicability, but rather they are all choices. Choices in
which people make each day in order to achieve true peace when one desires to
have it in his or her life. And in order to make a decision, understanding always takes
place before anything else. So when one does not make a good decision, he or she
probably did not weigh all of the factors mentioned and in turn did not understand or
simply did not acknowledge what peace really meant.
