There’s less than one week until you join Accenture!

Outlined below are important things to do and key information as you prepare
for your first day.

Your first day is scheduled for 18-June-19 in Gurugram.

Important: Before Your First Day

If you have not already done so, immediately visit Countdown to Accenture to
complete required forms and provide necessary documentation. These must be
completed prior to your first day.

You can access the “I Need Help button” available at the

bottom of each form in your action items in the Countdown to Accenture website.
This will redirect you to the Digital

Personal Assistant (DiPA): https://askdipa.accenture.com

In case of further queries.

Note: You are required to upload a copy of your PAN and Aadhaar cards. You need your
Aadhaar number to electronically sign some forms. If you do not have these, please
apply immediately. For Aadhaar, visit your nearest enrollment center to apply.

On Your First Day

Upon arrival, show your Offer Letter at reception. In addition,

· Ensure your attire is business formal

Bring print outs of your offer letter, terms of employment and completed forms
(marked ‘Print for Day One’ on your task list). If you do not bring your completed
forms on your first day, you will need to manually fill out the forms.

· Do not bring any external storage devices (e.g. drive, camera, laptop,
etc.) with you
