8:35- This is our time for announcements, going over the day’s agenda, and
9:00 social-emotional learning activities.
Morning
Meeting

9:00- Our daily math lesson and application of the math skill will take place at this time,
10:00
along with other math related activities.
Math

10:00- Students will be taken out for a mask break and given time to play. Students are

Recess allowed to bring a healthy, nut-free snack..

10:30- PLT is personal learning time for both math and literacy. With regards to math, some

PLT students may have interventions; others will work on problem solving, math websites,
or small group activities. With regards to literacy, some students may have
interventions; others will read, write, or other literacy-based self-selected activities
or small groups.

11:30- All students will be provided a special each day. They will take place outside or in the

Specials specials rooms, except for SEL, which will take place in the classroom (and will be
taught by me).

12:30-1:00 This time will be used for science or social studies, depending on the trimester.

1:00-1:30 Lunch is scheduled for this time and all students will have 30 minutes. Students will

be in the cafeteria.

1:30-3:00 Our daily ReadyGen Lesson will be about a half hour; the time after will be used for
Literacy
Block skill practice and independent reading. The literacy block also includes our daily
writing lesson and application of the writing skill, along with sharing writing. The
school day ends at 3:05.
