Course Evaluation Instructions

• Instructors will not have access to completed course evaluations until after all grades for the semester
have been posted in mid-June
• Select the term and course from the listing that appears on the screen
• Make sure you click the “Submit” button to record your responses
• If you aren’t able to do this right now (no computer, technical problem, etc.), you can do it anytime
this week or next week.
• If your evaluation is successful stored, you can verify this by logging back into the evaluation web-
page – it will show the course evaluation as ‘completed’. Each student can only submit one
evaluation per course.
Note that we have added two questions about how successfully the course was adapted to online
learning. If your course was completed prior to the move to online learning, you can leave those
questions blank.
