Job Description
Position Summary:
The Student Program Coordinator works to implement the vision and strategies of Family Ministry by supporting
all aspects of the student ministry environments including curriculum, programs, resources and volunteers.
Expectations of Staff:
1. Christ-centered behavior at all times, treating people with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity.
2. Successful completion of background check.
3. Regular attendee of Browncroft weekend services.
4. Pleasant and professional personality and appearance.
5. Regular involvement in Browncroft activities, ministries and events.
6. Attendance at all mandatory meetings and events as needed.
7. Adheres to policies and procedures as stated in Browncroft Employee Handbook.
