Proceedings:

The meeting started at 1:00 pm with a short prayer led by Mrs. Rachelle Dungo, one of the
parents who attended the meeting. The teacher discussed about the NSO Birth Certificate and
Absenteeism of the pupils followed by the election of the new homeroom PTA officers proposed
projects were tackled. The discussion approved by the body.

The body agreed that the HRPTA Project are 6 new pupil tables, 1 ceiling fan and repair of the
damaged tables and ceiling fans.

They volunteered to donate P 150 each.
