Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on August 21, 2021 under Regulation 29 of the
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing
Regulations") and closure of trading window under Securities and Exchange Board of India
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable rules and
regulations, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is
scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021, to consider the proposal for raising funds by
way of issue of one or more instruments including equity shares, convertible securities of any
description or warrants or debt securities, through preferential issue, private placements, rights
issue or any other methods or combination thereof as may be permitted under applicable laws,
subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the
shareholders of the Company.

The Board, would also consider conducting an extraordinary general meeting/postal ballot process
to seek approval of the shareholders in respect of the aforesaid proposal, if required.

Further, in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for
Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will
remain closed from August 17, 2021 till 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting.
