STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. You will use only the email ID and phone number as notified through your admission documents.

2. You will use your laptop (if not available, then mobile phone) with a secure, uninterrupted internet / WiFi
connectivity.

3. It is advisable to use laptops to facilitate effective screen sharing, worksheet sharing emailing, group inter
activity, etc.

4. You are advised to keep a back up connectivity handy in case of unexpected interruptions (eg keep Hotspot , jio
dongle etc)

5. You will keep your ID document (Adhaar/SPL/PPL/CPL as the case may be) ready at all times during conduct
of the training sessions, to be produced to the trainer at any point of time during the session.

6. The interactive application platform to be used will be shared with you at least one day prior. You will login
with the given hyperlink / login ID and password provided to you

7. You will not use software for blocking location tagging, eg: VPN, using unsafe public internet access,
attending sessions from cafes etc which can directly pose a security threat.

8. Login at least 5 MINUTES before the scheduled session time.

9. You will not be missing at any time during course of the session.

10.Only one warning will be issued for absence from the training sessions. Thereafter you will be disqualified
from that batch.

11. Keep speaker in MUTE mode, and video in ON mode during the session.

12. Do not interrupt the sessions or cause distractive interference. Interact and speak ONLY when trainer
prompts.

13. For any query raise hand, or send chat message. The trainer / moderator will take note and act accordingly
to your query.

14. Leave the meeting or training session only when asked to do so by the trainer / moderator. You would have 3
breaks in 3.5 hrs spanning 10min each. A time table for all ten days including breaks is mentioned in the
subsequent pages.

15. During Lab Listening sessions, ensure you complete your task within the given stipulated time.

16. Course Certificate will be issued only upon satisfaction of the trainer and Flytech AELP TO that you have
met the training requirements.

17. You are advised to have a notebook, pen and a water bottle when you are attending the online sessions.

18. The class room will be locked at 04:45 PM, you will not be allowed to enter the class room after that.
