(REACT Co.) from AT&T Trading and Industrial Services (AT&T) dated on October 30, 2019, for goods amounting to 226,070.00php. First check issued amounting to 226,070.00php (China Bank Check #0000358405), dated December 17, 2019, was due to go stale because AT&T did not have sufficient funds in their account. REACT Co. agreed to have the check replaced and split to two checks to accommodate to AT&T’s request. Checks were replaced on February 5, 2020. The 226,070php was split to two (2) checks, but AT&T still failed to have the adequate funds to complete payment for the second check amounting to 126,070php and requested for another extension and replacement of checks that were due to go stale. Checks for replacement of Check # 0000358421 was replaced on June 29, 2020. - China Bank Check # 0000348420 dated February 5, 2020, with amount of 100,000php. (PAID) = China Bank Check # 0000358421 dated February 21, 2020, with amount of 126,070php. For the balance of 126,070php, REACT Co. was again informed that AT&T does not have sufficient amount in their account, and REACT Co. agreed to have the check replaced and split to four (4) checks to accommodate to AT&T’s request. Checks were replaced on December 23, 2020. = China Bank Check #0000358440 dated January 15, 2021, with amount of 30,000php. (PAID) China Bank Check #0000358441 dated January 30, 2021, with amount of 30,000php. (Due to go stale on July 30, 2021) China Bank Check #0000358442 dated February 15, 2021, with amount of 30,000php. ATAT once again does not have sufficient funds on their account and is requesting for another replacement on the China Bank Check #0000358441 dated January 30, 2021, with amount of 30,000php. REACT Co. is allowing the replacement of check the final time, with the condition that the remaining checks will be deposited on the schedule below: - China Bank Check # (Replacement for check 0000358441) on Aug. 9, 2021. - China Bank Check # 0000358442 (dated Feb. 15, 2021) on Aug. 9, 2021 - China Bank Check # 0000358436 (dated Feb. 28, 2021) on Aug, 23, 2021. The replacement of China Bank Check #0000358441 indicates the acceptance of AT&T to the condition that all three (3) remaining checks with the total amount of 96,070php will be deposited on the dates set above.
