MINUTES OF THE PTA MEETING/ OTHER EVENTS

On June 14, 2019 at 9:00 am, the entire Grade 10 teachers conducted the first PTA
meeting that centered on the following agenda:

 PTA General Assembly

 Election of General PTA officers
 Election of Homeroom PTA officers
 School Rules and Regulations

Each of the parents participated in the said meeting and elected their chosen parents to be
part of the Homeroom PTA officers and the General PTA officers. Furthermore, they were
oriented on the stipulated rules and regulations that the campus has to implement. Also they were
informed on other matters related to their duties and responsibilities as newly elected PTA
homeroom and general officers.

MINUTES OF THE PTA MEETING/ OTHER EVENTS

On July 08, 2017, the Recto Memorial National High School faculty, students, and the
PTA Homeroom and General PTA officers implemented the annual BRIGADA Eskwela. The
program was inaugurated by the entire faculty, students, and PTA officers. Mr. Joseph C.
Hinanay, the school principal, delivered his short message that centered on the importance of
cooperation and effort in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the school grounds in
order to have a more conducive environment for learning. After the short program, the faculty,
parents, and students were united in their different assigned areas for cleaning, repair, and
beautification of the school grounds. The faculty, parents, and students showed their
unconditional participation on the success of the 2017 BRIGADA Eskwela.

MINUTES OF THE PTA MEETING/ OTHER EVENTS

On August 28, 2017 at 1:00 pm -3:00pm, Recto Memorial National High School
commenced the first Parents Conference which was conducted by the entire faculty, PTA
officers and parents. The first session was the convocation, spearheaded by our principal, Mr.
Joseph C. Hinanay. He informed the parents on the success of each projects done and other
matters concerning the maintenance of the school security.

After the first session, the parents visited their respected classrooms in order to attend their
PTA homeroom meeting at 2:00pm and it was centered on the following matters concerning their
sons and daughters who were under the tutelage of the RMNHS faculty:

 PTA matters
 NCAE matters
 First Periodical Performance of the Students
 Card Issuance

The entire session was successfully ended at 3:00pm.
