Executive Summary

Aiza's rice retail store is a rice retail store owned by Aiza San Jose. It is a registered store
that is located in Public Market, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro. We have the vision to become one of
the most sought after as well as successful rice retail stores in Gloria and in Oriental Mindoro to
help community by giving high quality and affordable rice. In order to make this happen, we
have secured a facility that is large enough to help us achieve it.
Almost everybody on planet earth consume rice and it is known as a staple food in the
world. Therefore, one thing is certain; our mission is to set-up a standard rice retail store business
that will be able to meet the ever-increasing needs of our numerous potential customers. We
intend to ensure that we have a wide range of well-processed and well bagged rice from any rice
production available in our store at all times. It will be difficult for customers to visit our store
and not see the type of rice they are looking for.
We are aware of the existing competitions that exist in the rice retail business. Therefore,
we will make sure that the customers will receive the excellent services whenever they come to
purchase our goods. We will retail short-grain rice, medium-grain rice, and long-grain rice in
both organic and non-organic form. Also, we will intend to have a good relationship with all our
customers to build trust with each other. It will also benefit the store which they’ll become one of
the loyal customers. We will ensure that we get our customers involved in the selection of brands
that will be on available in our store and also when making some business decisions.
We will ensure that we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards by meeting
our customers’ needs precisely whenever they patronize our goods. Lastly, we are in this
industry to maximize profits and we are going to go all the way out to ensure that we achieve our
business goals and objectives.
