 We can clearly see that maximum number of people in the company were Sales executive

MARITAL STATUS

GENDER

 We can see that Male employees exceed female employees in the organisation by 294
employees

TRAVEL

There are six education backgrounds of the workers, which are –

MY KEY LEARNINGS
 Rudimentary understanding of SPSS and Excel .

 I learnt how to make pie charts and interpret it using excel .

 I learnt how to make the desirable charts and bar graphs using excel.

 Watched the youtube video and learnt how to perform logistic regression .

 I learnt how to calculate and interpret the R squared using in regression .

 I made scatter plots and learnt how to use them to extract the liner regression equation

and R squared .

 I learnt how to perform and interpret the Z-test and T-test using excel in order to

define a relationship between two variables .

 I learnt how to use logistic regression to forecast and predict the given data while using

excel .

 I learnt how to calculate the turnover ratio by using the date on attrition available.

 I used excel to calculate the measures of central tendencies i.e. mean, median and mode.
