In the reference 1't cited, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued

G.O.Rt.No.130, dated 23.03.2021 by constituting District Level and State Level Committees
to submit recommendations for acquiring the lands to the Middle Class lncome Groups for
providing house sites with a proposed plot size ot 2OO/240 Sq. Yards and issued guidelines.

In order to acquire the lands,identified in the following villages, there is every need
of Basic value and Market value of lands for fixation of the market value as per the
provisions of the LARR Act 30/2013.

attention into the matter and submit the basic value and market value statistics in survey
number wise for the above years.
The Tahsildars concerned are instructed to depute the responsible officer along
with the survey numbers to the Sub-Registar's Office concerned and obtain the registration
statistics and submit to this office immediately as the information is desired by the ioint
Collector, East Godavari, Kakinada.
