Teaching different forms of dance doesn’t requiring us as teacher

from which is the best. This requires us to teach all forms of it with
the best way possible and the time ask from us. Teaching dance
and physical fitness is not just about a requirement for students
they should also treat this subject as part of their daily lives. This
will help them to be fit in all aspects of their lives as an individual.
When teaching any kind of dance we should remember the
fundamental steps on how to start before we can execute any
routine. We should remember that we should practice to do the
warm up or conditioning of muscles. This will help us to avoid any
untoward injuries that we might experience. As future teachers we
must also learn how to be adaptable to different innovations that
are presented to us by other people who uses those kinds of
practices.
