    NOTE:
    1. No need to secure new HQP from your barangays. Just
    present the existing HQP.
    2. Buying of medicines and bank transactions shall follow
    the market schedule per district.
    3. For those who need to buy from hardware stores,
    autosupply, school and office supply, electrical supply,
    electronics and ICT supply stores but the not on market
    schedule during Thursdays and Fridays, kindly get a
    SPECIAL PASS FROM YOUR BARANGAY.
