 TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONTRACT between Asktech Business Machines (hereinafter called “The Company” which term includes its successors
and assigns) of the one part and party who has signed the contract (hereinafter called “The Customer” which term includes
its/his heirs successors and assigns) of the other part.
The Company in consideration of the contract opted for by the customer and the corresponding amount mentioned agrees to
and keep photocopier in good operating conditions mentioned below for a period as agreed, by both parties mutually.


The machine will be delivered within 3-5 days from the date of receipt of your order.

This contract includes free replacement of Spares, Consumables and service required and excludes
paper, electricity, premises, damage due to electrical fluctuation, and plastic covers. cassettes,
 This contract is valid for above mentioned period. The rates are valid for a period of one year and can be
renewed.
 This contract is irrevocable but can be cancelled by customer by giving 30 days prior notice subject to
release the monthly rental payment of balance period of contract.
 The company undertakes to make its best efforts to carry out its obligation under the terms of this
contract as speedily as possible, but will not be responsible for any loss, costs or expenses arising
directly or indirectly from any delay in doing so.
 The customer shall undertake responsibility to appoint a minimum of one person to be trained as a key
operator to keep the equipment clean, ensuring its correct use, preventing misuse and to report correctly
any problem related to operation. The equipment must be installed in a clean dust free environment at a
place approved by the Company’s representative. The customer further undertakes to provide proper
electrical installation and to use voltage stabilizer as recommended and to ensure surge free stabilized
Power supply.
 This contract shall not extended to breakdown attention visits, repair or replacement of any work
necessitated in the event of malfunction or damage due to incorrect operation, abnormal sub-standard
consumables/ paper supplied by or procured from unauthorized supplier/vender or due to external
circumstances such as water, fire, riots, accident, voltage fluctuations, Act of God etc. Visits requested
for training or shifting of equipment or additional operation, generally expected to be performed by the
operators of the customer. Should it become necessary to carry out such work, charges there of will be
extra.
 The effect of this contract will stand nullified in case the equipment is shifted from the original place of
installation, the right of property is transferred the equipment is misused, dismantled, altered or services
by anyone other than the company’s authorized service engineer without the express consent in written
from the company. The company reserves the right to stop or suspend services to the customer, if
customer does not make payments towards pending bills, within stipulated period as mentioned in terms
and conditions in invoices.
 The Company reserves the right to revise the rental charges by giving one month prior intimation of
revision. The Company may however, rescind s control through written intimation within one month
from the receipt of Company’s notice of revision. On failure to do so, company shall assume the
customers concurrence of the revision and will continue to provide service at the revised charges.
 Timely payment of all charges by The Customer to The Company shall be the essence of this contract.
 We are enclosing herewith advance rent/ security deposit by cheque / demand draft no.
