AFFIDAVIT

I, SELVARATHINAM M, Son of T.Muthu, aged 24 years, residing at No 6/159,

Egaperumalur, Eganivayal Post, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai Dist – 614616, do hereby
solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows :

1. I submit I have studied B.A., L.L.B(H) degree regular college during the academic year
2014 to 2019 at Dr.Ambedkar Global Law University, Tirupathi. I have attended the
classes regularly in all the five years of Law Degree Course at the said institution and
secured necessary attendance required. During the Course of my law studies, I was
studying at my college hostel.
2. I hereby declare that B.A., L.L.B(H)., Degree Certificate and mark list and other
connected certificate thereon filed by me alone with the application for enrolment are
genuine. In the event of the certificate or mark list found be bogus on verification. I am
aware of the fact that I will be liable for having committed criminal offence and
responsible for all consequences thereon including claiming of damages by the Bar
Council of Tamil Nadu. I am aware that I cannot claim criminal and civil liabilities.

3. I hereby undertake to indemnify the Bar Council of any consequential loss in the event
of my certificate being found to be bogus.

4. I assure and undertake to pay the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu a sum of Rs.20 lakhs as
liquidate damage if any of the certificates filed by me is found to be bogus or not
genuine.

5. I request the Bar Council to consider my application favorably and permit me to get
enrolled as an advocate at an early date.

I hereby declare that the above said facts are true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
