Sub: Request for adjournment of time for filling Income Tax

Return in the case of M/s. Saarthak Developers for the
Asst. Year 2015-16.

The abovementioned case has been fixed for filling of return on or before
30/04/2021 vide your notice dated 01/04/2021. Unfortunately, Due to Covid
19 pandemic, we were gathering materials from multiple sources for filling of
income tax returns requires time, we think we won’t be able to prepare the
necessary accounts by the due date. Therefore, we are not in a position to fill
the return as per time stated in notice.

I request you, therefore, to kindly grant an adjournment of the hearing to any

date convenient to you after 02-09-2021.

We will be highly obliged if you kindly grant us the said extension.

The abovementioned case has been fixed for hearing 16/08/2021 vide your
notice dated 30/07/2021. Unfortunately, Due to Covid 19 pandemic, we were
gathering materials from multiple sources for filling of income tax returns
requires time, we think we won’t be able to prepare the necessary accounts
by the due date. Therefore, we are not in a position to attend the hearing.

I request you, therefore, to kindly grant an adjournment of the hearing to any

date convenient to you after 02-09-2021.
