National High School for Best Teacher of the Year Award for our district. Ms. Dacuma has been

teaching Grade 10 for almost 4 years now and have demonstrated quintessential attitude in terms of

Instructional and Professional competencies, Community Development services and an exemplar in

personal characteristics befitted for an outstanding teacher.

Ms. Dacuma is able to see exactly what each child brings to the community, and her whole teaching

approach involves finding and using children's unique strengths to help them overcome their

struggles and develop a positive self-concept.

with us. (Her) ability to connect with the students is superior. (Her) way of teaching is exceptional

and the techniques (she) uses in (her) teaching are highly recommendable. (She) has started many

kinds of extra curriculum activities in our school. (She) is good in various languages that can help

us in many cases. Overall (she) has all the qualities to be an idle teacher. Students are getting
