This conditional deed of sale entered int this 20° day of April 2012 inthe

toas VENDOR

including improvements therein, situated in Barangay Tagudin, Mabini,
Pangasinan, and more particularly described as follows

PSD-371780, approved as a non-subdivison projet, being &

Patent, situated in the Barrio of Tagudin, Municipality of
‘Mabini, Province of Pangasinan, Islnd of Luzon. Bounded on

before November 30, 2013, the VENDEE shall be given 90 days extension to
pay the price in fll, Otherwise, the remaining balance shall be subjected to an
interest rate of 5% per annum, payable monthly from the date of expiration of
such extension
‘That, however, inthe event the VENDOR fils to comply with his obligation,
the purchase price which has been paid shal likewise eam egal interest in favor
of the VENDEE.
That the VENDOR shall give the VENDEE absolute and complete control and
possession ofthe subject property and allow the introduction of improvements
thereon upon the receipt first payment,
Further, that in the event that the VENDOR should fail or deliberately refuse
to comply with his obligation, the VENDEE shall be reimbursed ofthe amount
‘of the purchase price paid, cost of improvements as wel as beneficial interests
and other damages that the VENDEE may sufferAnd Finally, VENDEE shal pay unpaid realestate taxes for 2012, capital gains
tax, documentary stamp tax, cost registration,
